Two companies, one industry, one passion. For a number of years, the Lüdenscheid-based standard mould component manufacturer HASCO and the Thuringian mould specialist Schülken Form have worked closely together in a spirit of partnership. HASCO supports its customers in the production of particularly powerful high-precision, multi-cavity and multi-component tools with high-quality standard mould components and accessory parts. In close cooperation, this allows a greatly simplified manufacture of tools with agile processes to the highest possible standard. Through the use of two HASCO A8001 clamping fixtures, Schülken Form, for example, was able to significantly reduce set-up times and increase productivity.

In the past year, Schülken Form GmbH impressively demonstrated its particular efficiency in the development and production of injection moulding tools. In the industry competition “Excellence in Production”, the Thuringian company was able to win the “Tool Maker of the Year” award in the category “External Tool Maker with less than 50 employees”. These standards of excellence apply to Schülken Form and HASCO equally. Both companies have firmly established the principle of quality throughout their workflow and rely on state-of-the-art machinery and production technologies, as well as know-how and experience.

Supported by a high level of customer satisfaction, both companies are on a continuous path of growth, as the investments in the expansion of the production space and capacities in recent years demonstrate. In addition to the achievement of their own growth objectives, HASCO and Schülken Form also take responsibility for the further development of the industry.

As a token of the close relationship and as a small recognition for the Tool Maker of the Year 2016, HASCO surprised the Schülken Form employees with a special campaign. The 28 experienced mould makers and 3 trainees each received a HASCO T-shirt with cool tool maker slogans. The employees met in one of the new workshops for a team photo. HASCO and Schülken Form will continue to work together in the future and be convincing – and provide additional impetus – on the market due to their agility and efficiency.
